Coastal Path Counselling offers a safe and welcoming space for adults who want support with mental health, confidence, stress, anxiety, isolation, low mood, and social connection through gaming and creative hobbies.

These sessions are being developed and supported by Simon and Dom, who share a passion for mental health support, gaming communities, creativity, and helping adults build connections in a relaxed and supportive environment.

These sessions combine therapeutic support with shared activities that encourage conversation, teamwork, learning, and community.

One to One Therapy Sessions

Private counselling sessions for adults who feel more comfortable talking while involved in a shared hobby or gaming interest. Sessions focus on emotional well-being, confidence, relationships, stress management, identity, and personal growth.

Many people find direct face-to-face therapy difficult at first. Shared activities such as painting miniatures or discussing games help reduce pressure and create a more relaxed environment for conversation.

Group Support Sessions

Small group sessions give adults the opportunity to connect with others in a supportive and structured environment.

Group nights include:
• Guided conversations
• Peer support
• Social interaction
• Team activities
• Confidence building
• Shared hobbies and learning

Simon and Dom work together to create welcoming group environments where people feel included, supported, and respected.

Numbers remain limited in every group. Smaller groups help create safety, trust, and meaningful connection between members.
